    can we be something other then terran republic this time :). unless of course they finally feel sorry for the TR and balance it out.

    As far as I'm concerned it doesn't need to look like BF3 or MW3, as long as the gameplay is there.. A decent graphical update is fine, just don't *$%# up the game this time..

    Gameplay over graphics always..

    Interested to see what they do with towers and bases this time around..

    Asp and I agree on that; the necessity of team play needs to outweigh anything else. If Planetside taught us all one thing is that a concentrated Dragonwolf force is a force to be reckoned with. I don't want a solo-friendly kind of game as that is not what Planetside was. Sure you could go out and reaver spam the enemies. But you didn't get as much experience as you did when you were squaded/platooned up.

    And I don't think we saw much of any in-game footage. Looked a bit polished for an in-game trailer.

    Although the game looks good, there are a few concerns I have, but they may be assuaged once more is known about the processes within the game mechanics.

    Suffice it to say, if they include squad and outfit based warfare that will go a long way to convince me to stay with it.

    I couldn't help but notice the traditional shotgun in there over the NC's Jackhammer... I can see a lot of unhappy people if the team have decidedly scrapped the punch, which separated the faction from its militaristic and downright alien-tech counterparts.

    Having said that the graphics do look pretty sweet if it's actual gameplay. Not too sure about the full TR helmets, though.

    On the Dragonwolves' side, can we expect any future AGN broadcasts from Marsman, or is he getting a little too old for it?!

    Well, I'll be on board Lord willing. If its crap... we'll find out soon enough. Buuuuttt... PS has its issues, but I still like it anyway. Its just time for something new/revamped in this genre.
