    SO as to not hijack Shewolf's thread, many of us have been very impressed with her work on Eris Sqdn and not I think it is time we had something for CDL.


    So the floor is open anyone can submit.

    My artistic ability ended in 6th grade when I was playing in the orchestra as a sax player. But my ideas are wide ranging.

    Having said all that, I was thinking that a couple of corporate advertizements going back to the WW2 poster days. The same sort of design for it. Give this a retro feel that probably will pop out at people instead of the 'futuristic styles' that may be out there already.

    We haven't settled on a name yet either. The only rule is that it has to have either Dragon Wolves, CDL, Clan Draconus Lupus, or Dragon Wolf in the name, as per our Guide Manual.

    I think just calling ourselves the Draconus Lupus would be cool, very menacing lol.

    Clan has a very fantasy feel to it ( I know it is from Tribes ) The Dragon Wolf(ves) Company "Draconus Lupus" has a very mercenary, free enterprising feel :)

    Doesn't exactly fit into the whole opportunistic mindset though. We're a corporation that is looking for opportunities, not squash them like a bug.

    At least for now. It could very well change as other people weigh in on the overall goal of this.

    Well perhaps it can be a good name for any combat squadrons we run.


    And since I am not going to give up how about "The Draconus Lupus Conglomerate"

    I think by far the best corporate name that still incorporates our clan identity is...

    CDL

    That's it... that's all. Kinda like RCA or NBC or AT&T. It's short, no nonsense, and to the point; and portrays a very businesslike image.

    CDL enterprises.

    If you want to further delve into it you can make the people more into salvage wolves, since they tend to be great scavengers in the wild and oportunistic, dragons simply would be the military aspect or the strong arm if you will

    I like the idea of keeping it simplistic. CDL fulfills all of the requirements for an official division and also is quite unique in that, if we're hauling freight and cargo, one would require a CDL license. But again, I'm not 100% sold on it. So I'm inviting others to come in and voice their opinion.
