Star Citizen

So I am going to post this in here and not public for the simple fact I do not want everyone and their mother knowing about this, just members. After talking to zib, shewolf and sent today and just shooting the shit about this game, I have decided that for chance of having spaces available in alpha....I might be purchasing some more ships. They will be the 30 dollar variant, so nothing to write home about, but it would allow some people who are currently on the fence an access to alpha and beta if they decide they like what they see during this time frame. That being said, my only stipulation is that if you decide you would want one of these, I only ask for the money up front before using obviously. I just see this as a chance that, if we decide to go forward with this game, this allows us to get more ppl together to coordinate some skills and learn together.

 

Cool beans, but you need at least the $40 one to get alpha/beta.

for giggles, how many people are on the fence about this game? I am curious. I know deceptive, frothy, and granite are, anyone else?

 

I am not on the fence. all I have seen are pictures and a promise. When it comes out for purchase, I will look then.

I like the developer and the concept of the game (Privateer being one of my favorites ever), but I'm just leery of funding software that far out and that's as ambitious as SC is.

That's not to say I have no interest, just that I'm not looking to spend money on it at this point.

 

Guggles will be playing Star Citizen at release, he will be captaining a ship named "Sloppy Wet Noises." That is all.

 

After nearly 18 hours, that declaration still tickles me inside

 

Been catching up on all the info here. I'm pretty sure I'll be wading into this with my fellow Wolves. Will be looking to figure out to what degree here shortly. Gotta look over the ships and packs now.
