    Some cool stuff. Not sure if I will go for that controller. I always wanted a Steel Battalion controller but to limited game support. Got a nice Saitek x52 so hopefully this game is a good excuse to dust it off.

    They've been sending out more beta invites almost daily. I mean... I MIGHT have just gotten mine tonight. IF so I'd certainly be downloading the client tomorrow morning. I imagine that if there's a friends list my in game name would be Khorneholio. It would be great IF I could get together with anyone else from CDL that is in the beta.

    Too bad I can't say IF I got into beta or not....

    Can anyone else not say if they got into beta or not?

    Yea I'm under Daleon. Got a mech but could never get it to launch into a game. Kept trying and it would just kick me back to the hanger.

    Finally got in some matches. The terrain detail blows me away. I wasn't expecting the game to look that good. I was hoping for more of MMO game play but it just seems like random matches right now.

    It's really early. I haven't the foggiest how it'll be out in their planned release window. They juuuuust added the very first implementation of the XP/Skill system.

    I'm glad a developer has stayed true to the spirit of Mechwarrior. A long time ago I was a Nova Commander for the Smoke Jaguar.

    In the heyday if you fitted Reactive Armor, 4 Med. Lasers and 1 Sml. Pulse Laser, and Jump Jets to all the hardpoints of a Fire Moth, you were the fastest S.O.B. Sniper on the battlefield... good times :)
