Reminded me of Hamma...

    So the other day Kassa had to go to the eye doctor to have her glasses checked. She was asking the lady why her glasses seemed crooked and didn't fit her face right. The conversation went something like this:

    Kassa: My glasses won't sit right on my nose.
    Eyeglass tech: It isn't your glasses, they are fine.
    Kassa: Well what could it be, because they aren't sitting right.
    Eyeglass tech: The glasses are fine. It's your face.
    Kassa: My face??
    Eyeglass tech: Yes. Your face.

    Classic. :lol:

    So what did it turn out to be? Why on earth would you say something like that to a person anyway, unless they broke their nose recently?

    The eyeglass tech insisted it was Kassa's face. That was what made it so funny. I think her face is fine.

    I told Kassa she should have responded, in a good Hamma voice, "Your mom's face!"

    Wow, I can actually imagine that. I mean, what both of them are saying.

    I mean, WHAT do you have to BE to insist that there is something wrong with someone else's face, after they got their glasses made specifically for it?
    I mean, hell, if something's happened to the face in the meantime, sure, but people generally take better care of their face than their glasses. :p

    While funny and it was a nice chuckle... Any good salesperson would never insult a customer like that...even if they were being humourous. They should know their product lines well enough that there is always a solution to the problem at hand. If that were me, I would've laughed along... as I was walking out!
