Nah...I play this great game calle 'Line of Site - Vietnam'. It has a TON of servers up all the time...and little lag at all.

The new DC .35e patch game out!! Let me tell ya, this patch is TIGHT!! 187MB. They changed A LOT in DC with this patch. A new map and everything. I highly reccomend trying it out!! The new map is an iraqi city you have to invade and take over!! There are 3 blackhawks at allied base. You have to fly over a lake to get to the axis side. There it is just a city with numerous buildings!! Vere nice looking map!!

New weapons and skins were added to DC. Along with soud patches and other bug fixers! So far i give it an A+

yeh PS is somewhat boring..now that they *$^@ed up the XP system even more it'll probably get worse...but the good times never seem to cease when everyone is around (especially you ouros unF) so I'll keep at it

PS rocks.... it is by far the best game I have ever played in my life.

 

PS could be better. There are some serious balence issues, and it does get pretty repetitive.

I stoped playing it because I got sick of all the bugs in Beta. Things like having to rebind my keys every time, or alt-tab to fix my speakers. Or the Invisable rockets, that one was my fav.

After the last charecter wipe I really did not have the enthusiasm about closeing the million pop ups it would take to at least get back to BR 2 in the training area.

The thing that I am now questioning is weather or not I want to pay to play this game.

I mean if you look at the game as being Capture and Hold that never ends, and your constantly fighting over the same base, again, and again, how is it any diffrent then BF1942?

Well for starters, I get complete access to all the Planes, Weapons, Vechicles as soon as I log in. In PlanetSide I have to screw around getting one shoted by rocket whores for who knows how long before I can have enough certs to do anything useful.

It's a fun game that's for sure, but it needs work. If it's cheap like $5 a month I might pay to play in the hope they can fix some of the gayness after release, but if they want $60 for 6 months I proabbly won't be spending the money on it.

I see it like SoF2. It'd bee fun to play with my friends, but I really don't think it's going to hold my attention for all that long.












p.s. Mani, does you wife know your on Drugs? Tribes Insomniax, was, and still is the best game ever made.

 

PS is definitly one of the coolest games I have ever played. It is not attoned to the usual MMORPG games that base all the play off of qwests and dice rolling. I start playing PS and I can be an immediatly effective part of the group. Wether I choose to be an infultrator or a Max at (BR) 1. Please show me a MMORPG game that you are anyware near effective at lvl 1. Oh and the bigest MMORPG fallback that PS solves.....There are no lvl barriers in PS so I can group with anyone anytime anywhere that I feel like it. Not to mention the game play is awesome...needs work...but awesome.
