Ark: Survival Evolved now Play Anywhere enabled

    That's right... after nearly a year of me bitching to the studio about it, its commercial release on Windows 10 finally adds Xbox Play Anywhere functionality, so you don't have to pay for the game twice.

    In addition to it going "gold master", XB1/Windows 10 users get additional incentive - the game is now also Crossplay enabled, offering opportunities to connect with friends who play only on console.

    So, it turns out I will have to buy the game again for Crossplay or XPA to work - since I got it on Steam, they've said they have NO plans to ever make that version Crossplay accessible.

    There's a moral to this story... NEVER buy anything on Steam; you're liable to be screwed over.
