    I heard a sad story today. A Colonel went to a 1st Sgt with a list of 15 names. He told the 1st Sgt he had an issue the 1st Sgt would have to deal with. You see these 15 names were the names of soldiers who had served there time and were ready for honorable discharge. Unfortunatly the military has activated a freeze and only 5 of them can be discharged while the other 10 must stay in the military until the freeze ends.

    The 1st Sgt had till the end of the day to decide which 5 get to go on with their lives and which 10 must stay in the military regardless of their issues.

    Not so happy Halloween for 10 unlucky people. :(
