   is there any way I can load up a web-based IRC, or can I haul a 'lite' version of mirc on diskette? I wanna be able to use IRC at work while between my rounds.

   Just go to google and type in Web Based IRC, and it will come up with a lot of them. The one I used to use is no longer up, but I'm sure you will be able to find one.
