I really want to be a dwarf now and go on a Titan hunt.

 

Depending on which side we go it's either a Dwarf or Tauren Hunter for me

 

Beta sign-ups are at the end of this month (Jan)!!! We should have everybody sign up, even those who are not into mmorpgs (they can give their spot to someone else in CDL).

Also, its been rumored, as in could probably be a big lie rumored, that WoW's server code is a lot like Battlenet's. You know, bugless, unexploitable Battlenet. Yeesh.

 

I still believe it won't be on shelfs untill 2nd half 2005. This is blizzard after all!

 

That wouldn't surprise me now if they take time to secure server side stuff.

ive seen this game looked at it. All i see is pretty gfx. Nothing special to me. Really what separates this from the rest?

 

This game is *attempting* to take all of the best part of the mmorpg's out right now and improving upon any of the problems that arise with the genre. Plus, it is blizzard....... if this game follows suit with the rest of their games, we are in for a treat.

Then again, it could end up being "just another mmorpg" but with pretty gfx....... time will tell..... hopefully soon, beta is right around the corner

 

The idea is that there are currenlty 1200 qwest designed currently with more coming here and there. They are tryin to give a mmorgp content instead of hack and slash....hack and slash...One of the released qwests is a lowbee qwest where you gather some items for a guy and he spawns an abomination which triggers the timed high level qwest to stop the abomination from r0x0rin the town

Other than that it's just another "hack and slash mmorgp"......gotta wait to see how the pvp and general game play is. But so far every review of it says its phanominal.

Kat also mentioned that it would last like a week so you dont have to worry about missing the signups.
